Mezario-N Product Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Mezario-N's niche department store products. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and services. To protect your legal rights and clarify the scope of product after-sales support, we have established this warranty policy, which applies to all our sold products (including wellness tools, lifestyle products, and sports equipment).
I. Warranty Scope and Duration

Warranty Period: All Mezario-N products sold (including back massagers, fascia guns, coffee tables, dinnerware, tea sets, folding chairs, volleyballs, ski boards, tennis rackets, skateboards) come with a one-year (12 months) free warranty service starting from the date you receive the product.

Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if a product experiences quality issues due to non-human factors under normal usage (in accordance with the product manual), such as material defects, workmanship faults, or functional anomalies, we will provide free repair, replacement of parts, or replacement of the product (as determined by the nature of the fault).

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Human Damage: Including but not limited to intentional damage, accidental drops, collisions, pressure, unauthorized disassembly, modification of the product, or improper use (e.g., exceeding the product's applicable scenarios or violating operational guidelines) causing malfunctions.

Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear, aging, or consumption during product use (e.g., scratches on dinnerware, normal wear of sports products, slight looseness of folding chair components are not considered quality issues).

Force Majeure: Damage due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or typhoons, or damages incurred during transportation due to the logistics provider's errors (please contact the logistics provider for claims in such cases).

Lack of Valid Proof of Purchase: Such as order records or proof of receipt, or if the product serial number/marking has been altered, damaged, or made unidentifiable.

Products Outside the Warranty Period: Or those not applied for warranty according to this policy.

II. Warranty Application Process

Application Timeliness: If you discover a quality issue with the product, please contact us promptly within the warranty period to avoid being unable to enjoy warranty services due to delays.

- Product name and purchase order number (or a photo of the proof of receipt);
- Detailed description of the fault (photos or videos of the fault are preferable);

Returning Products: If you need to return a product for repair/testing, please follow the guidance provided by customer service (the return shipping cost will be initially borne by the user; after repairs are completed, we will cover the return shipping cost; if determined to be outside the warranty coverage, the return shipping cost must be borne by the user).

Warranty services only apply to quality issues related to the product itself and do not include guidance on product use, replacement of consumables (such as wear and tear on sports product accessories), or other non-quality-related services.

If a major quality issue arises during the warranty period and is confirmed upon inspection, we can replace the defective item with the same model (if the same model is not available, an equivalent product may be offered) or assist in processing a return (subject to compliance with relevant return terms).

Order Related Information: You can edit/change your order according to your needs within 12 hours of placing it; orders with available stock usually ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and actual delivery times are typically 5-7 business days.
