Return and Exchange Policy, Worry-Free Shopping
To make your shopping experience more reassuring, we have established clear and fair cancellation and return policies, applicable only to purchases made within the United States. By purchasing or using products from Mezario-N (aimierbuy), you fully agree to the terms below, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
I. Basic Cancellation and Return Requirements
All requests for cancellation or return must be pre-approved in writing by us. You can apply for approval by emailing service@mail.mezario-n.com. Unauthorized cancellation requests will be denied, and the order will proceed as usual. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
II. Handling Minor Defects and Stains
Please inspect the product within 7 days of receiving the package. If you find minor defects or stains, contact us immediately for further assistance. Claims submitted after 14 days will be considered as wear and tear from use and will not be eligible for compensation.
If you contact us within 14 days regarding such issues, we will offer compensation options like coupons. These defects/stains are often unavoidable during production or shipping and do not affect normal use. If unacceptable, do not use the product and return it in its original packaging while contacting us via the email given for further assistance.
III. Cancellation Rules for Different Scenarios
✅ Before Shipping Label Creation: If an order is placed but the shipping label hasn't been created, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
✅ Before Order Shipment (Shipping Label Created): If the shipping label is created but the item hasn't shipped, a 10% restocking fee of the original product price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
✅ After Order Shipment: Once shipped, items cannot be halted. You may refuse the package upon delivery or accept it and contact us to obtain a return shipping label. Upon return and inspection, a 20% restocking fee of the original product price will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
✅ Post-delivery Cancellation (Unopened Package): Within 14 calendar days of delivery, if you wish to cancel, contact us and provide photo/video evidence of the unopened package. Upon approval, you bear the return shipping cost and return the complete package. After inspection, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
✅ Post-use Cancellation (Non-quality Reasons): Within 30 calendar days of delivery, cancellations for non-quality reasons (e.g., unwanted, wrong size, dislike) require proof of intact packaging. Upon authorization, you return the item at your cost. After inspection, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
