Lamfen Product Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to the purchase of products under mezario-n! We operate niche department store products in the United States, covering wellness tools, lifestyle products, and sports equipment, including back massagers, fascia guns, coffee tables, dinnerware, tea sets, folding chairs, volleyballs, ski boards, tennis rackets, and skateboards. I. Core Requirements: Written Approval Required for Cancellations/Returns

To ensure an orderly cancellation or return process, you must first obtain written approval from mezario-n. Please send an email to our official address service@mail.mezario-n.com to request approval. Any cancellation requests made without written approval will be denied, and the order will continue to be processed normally. Products returned without our written consent will be refused and sent back to you, with all related costs borne by you.

II. Product Defects and Inspection Requirements

Please carefully inspect the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the package. If you find any minor defects or light stains, please promptly inform us via the official email above to allow us to provide further assistance. Requests submitted after the 14-day inspection period will be considered as defects/stains caused during your use, and we will no longer accept related after-sales requests.

III. Order Cancellation and Refund Rules

A. Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation
For orders placed but not yet attached with shipping labels, if you apply for cancellation, we will issue a full refund without charging any fees.

B. Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)
If a shipping label has been created but the order has not yet shipped, we will charge a 10% fee based on the product's original price for cancellation; the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

C. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order is shipped, the goods cannot be held up. You may choose to refuse delivery when the package arrives or sign for it and then contact us via the official email to obtain a return shipping label. Once the package is returned to our warehouse and verified, we will process your refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the product's original price.

D. Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order while the package remains unopened, please contact us first and provide clear photos and video evidence showing the unopened package. Upon obtaining written approval, you will need to contact the original delivery company to return the entire package; return shipping costs will be borne by you. Once the package is returned and verified, we will process your refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the product’s original price.

E. Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons)
If you wish to cancel an order for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to: no longer wanting/need it, size not suitable, dislike of the product, or unwillingness to accept compensation for minor shipping damages) within 30 calendar days of delivery, please contact us first and provide photos and videos showing that the product packaging is consistent with the original packaging to obtain return authorization.

You will need to contact the original delivery company to return the complete packaging and bear the return shipping cost; returns will not be accepted after 30 calendar days post-delivery. Once the package is returned and verified, we will process your refund and charge a 25% restocking fee based on the product's original price.

IV. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned (including but not limited to):

• Special orders

• Second-hand products (with obvious signs of use)

Non-returnable products will not be accepted for return unless special circumstances arise, in which case prior approval must be obtained via the official email before processing the return.

V. Conditions and Exceptions for Refunds

Generally, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the package has been returned and inspected. If there are delays, they may be caused by various reasons, so please contact us promptly via the official email and provide relevant proof. We will explain the situation and assist you further.

1. If you need to return an item, do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Please sign for the package first, and then request a return shipping label from us via the official email before proceeding with the return.

Order Related Information: Orders with available stock are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and actual delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days. You can edit/change your order according to your needs within 12 hours of placing it. For changes beyond 12 hours, please follow the cancellation rules outlined above.
