Mezario-N Terms of Service

Welcome to the purchasing services offered by Mezario-N (hereinafter referred to as "we"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and us regarding your use of our products and related services. This aims to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and protect your legal rights. Please read and fully understand all the contents of these Terms before browsing, placing orders, or purchasing our products. By completing an order, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

I. Scope of Services and Product Description

1. We operate niche department store products in the United States, covering three main categories, specifically including:

   • Wellness Products: Back massagers, fascia guns;

   • Lifestyle Products: Coffee tables, dinnerware, tea sets, folding chairs;

   • Sports Products: Volleyballs, ski boards, tennis rackets, skateboards.

2. We promise that the products we offer meet relevant U.S. quality standards. Product descriptions, specifications, and other information are made with an effort for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to factors such as photography angle and lighting. If you have any questions about a product, please contact customer service in advance.

3. We reserve the right to adjust the types, specifications, and prices of products. Adjustments will be updated on the product detail page without separate notification to users; however, if you have placed an order and it has been confirmed, the product price and specifications at the time of your order will prevail.

II. Order Rules

1. When placing an order on our platform, you must accurately provide your shipping address, contact information, and other details to ensure that the information is true, complete, and valid. If the order cannot be delivered, delayed, or lost due to incorrect information provided by you, you will bear the related responsibilities.

2. After placing an order, you can contact customer service to edit or change order information (including shipping address, contact information, product specifications, etc.) within 12 hours based on your needs. Orders will enter the preparation process after 12 hours and cannot be edited or changed thereafter.

3. Once an order is confirmed, we will verify inventory immediately. Orders with available stock will be arranged for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). If the ordered product is out of stock, we will notify you through your registered contact information promptly. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order, and the full amount you paid will be refunded upon cancellation.

4. Logistics Timeliness: The actual delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days after shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may experience delays due to logistics providers, weather, or regional factors. In case of delays, we will assist you in checking the logistics status but will not bear any compensation liability for delayed arrivals.

III. Customer Service

1. Customer Service Hours: Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (UTC+8:00). We do not provide customer service on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

We will respond to your inquiries, complaints, order modifications, and other related requests in a timely manner during business hours. Inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed as soon as we resume operations.

3. Scope of Customer Service: This includes product inquiries, order tracking, order modifications, logistics inquiries, after-sales feedback, etc. We will strive to provide you with convenient and efficient services to safeguard your shopping experience.

IV. User Obligations

1. When using our services and purchasing our products, you shall comply with relevant U.S. laws and regulations as well as the provisions of these Terms. You must not use our services for any illegal activities or actions that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties.

2. You should properly safeguard your account information (if applicable), contact information, etc. Any issues arising from your negligence in safeguarding this information (such as information leakage or order tampering) shall be borne by you.

3. Upon receiving the products, you should promptly verify the quantity, specifications, appearance, etc. If you discover any damages, errors, or other issues, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant proof. Failure to do so will be considered as confirmation that the product is free of defects.
